Criminal Procedure - Registration of Sexual Offenders - Continuing Course of Conduct

Synopsis:

Adding to the definition of child sexual offender for the purpose of a specified offender registry a person who has been convicted of a specified offense of continuing course of conduct with a child; providing that the term of registration is for the registrant's life for a child sexual offender subject to the Act; etc.
