Synopsis:

Requiring counties and municipal corporations to fully comply with and support federal immigration law; prohibiting counties and municipal corporations from restricting their employees from requesting, obtaining, sending, receiving, exchanging, or maintaining immigration information; requiring counties and municipal corporations to enforce federal immigration law and protect civil rights; clarifying that a specified provision of law applies to subdivisions and qualifying municipalities; etc.
