Synopsis:

Requiring the State Commission of Real Estate Appraisers and Home Inspectors to include in an annual roster information about any areas of expertise practiced by licensed and certified real estate appraisers; repealing a provision of law that required the Commission to make a specified roster available to the public on request and for a specified fee; and requiring the Commission to make the annual roster available to the public by publication on the Commission's Web site.
