Entitled:
Charitable Organizations - Acceptance of Contributions from Countries or Other Entities Associated with Terrorist Organizations - Removal of Income Tax Exempt Status

Synopsis:

Prohibiting charitable organizations from accepting charitable contributions from specified entities; requiring the charitable organizations subject to the Act to return the contributions to the donors within a specified period of time after receiving a specified notice; providing that a charitable organizations that violates the Act shall lose its State income tax exempt status; etc.
