Synopsis:

Altering the application of a specified dispute settlement mechanism under the Maryland Condominium Act; establishing a specified dispute settlement mechanism under the Maryland Homeowners Association Act; providing an exception to the application of the dispute settlement mechanism established under the Act if the condominium declaration or bylaws or homeowners association declaration, bylaws, or other documents meet specified requirements; authorizing a specified action for damages or injunctive relief; etc.
