Specifying that the factors the Maryland Transit Administration must consider in conducting the Baltimore Corridor Red Line Transit Study apply for fiscal years 2013 through 2018; altering the period during which a specified provision applies prohibiting the Administration from acquiring real property for specified purposes; etc.
