Adding specified titles to the Insurance Article, to revise, restate, and recodify the laws of the State relating and pertaining to: regulation of insurance entities operating in a financially hazardous condition, liquidation, rehabilitation, reorganization, and conservation of impaired insurance entities, the Property and Casualty Insurance Guaranty Corporation, the Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Corporation, credit life, health, and involuntary unemployment benefit insurance, life insurance and annuities; etc.
