Law Enforcement Officers, Sheriffs, and Correctional Officers Safety Act

Synopsis:

Making it a crime to knowingly remove or attempt to remove a firearm from law enforcement officers, sheriffs, and correctional officers under certain circumstances; providing specified penalties; and providing that a sentence for a violation of the Act may be imposed separate from and consecutive to or concurrent with a sentence for certain offenses.
