Creation of a State Debt - Baltimore City - U.S.S. Sanctuary

Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt not to exceed $250,000, with a matching fund requirement, as a grant to the Board of Directors of Project Life, Inc. for the repair, renovation, restoration, and reconstruction of, and for the provision of capital equipment for, the former hospital ship, the U.S.S. Sanctuary, to be used for residential programs for individuals with chemical dependencies.
