Creation of a State Debt - Carroll County Agricultural Center

Synopsis:

For the purpose of authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $100,000, with a matching fund requirement, as a grant to the Carroll County Agricultural Center for the planning, design, construction, and capital equipping of a new agricultural building on the site of the present building, the building to be used for agricultural activities and other community activities.
