Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from using electronic mail or other similar electronic communications to intentionally annoy, abuse, torment, harass, or embarrass other persons or to make certain remarks or suggestions; and establishing a penalty for using electronic mail or other electronic communications in an unlawful manner.
