Tidal Fish Licenses - Striped Bass - Authorizations
Requiring the Department of Natural Resources to limit, by regulation,
the total number of authorizations to fish for striped bass to those
persons who were maintained as candidates on the waiting list to
obtain a tidal fish license between certain dates; requiring an
applicant who meets certain qualifications to apply for an
authorization to fish for striped bass before March 1, 1997.
