Maryland National Guard - Receipt of Property and Revenues from Federal Agencies

Synopsis:

Designating the Maryland National Guard as a law enforcement agency for the sole purpose of receiving cetain property and revenues and being authorized to receive certain property and revenues from federal agencies supported by National Guard personnel in the Counter Drug Program; requiring that property and revenues received be used to supplement resources allocated to the Counter Drug Program; requiring that the usage of property and revenues received conform to specified guidelines; etc.
