Work, Not Welfare, Tax Incentives

Synopsis:

Allowing a credit against insurance premium taxes payable for wages paid and child care expenses incurred by an insurer with respect to specified employees; altering a definition to expand the range of individuals who may be qualified employment opportunity employees; altering the manner of calculating tax credits for wages for specified employees employed for less than 1 year; and providing for the application and termination of the Act.
