Synopsis:

Authorizing the Board of County Commissioners of Washington County to provide, by ordinance, for the establishment, membership, procedures, powers, and duties of an economic development commission and to provide certain funding; repealing provisions of law relating to the Hagerstown-Washington County Economic Development Commission; making part of the Act contingent on the enactment of an ordinance by the Board of County Commissioners that establishes an economic development commission; etc.
