Reduction Act
Allowing certain State employee members of the Employees' Retirement
System or the Employees' Pension System to retire early with a service
retirement allowance during a certain period under certain
circumstances; prohibiting a member who retires under the Act from
receiving an allowance exceeding a certain amount; altering the
conditions under which a member who retires under the Act may be
reemployed; and generally relating to the retirement of members of the
State retirement and pension systems.
