Creation of a State Debt - Anne Arundel County - Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts, Inc.

Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt not to exceed $250,000, with a matching fund requirement, as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts, Inc. for the repair, renovation, rehabilitation, restoration, and reconstruction of, and for the provision of capital equipment for, the Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts, located in Annapolis; and requiring a historic easement.
