Brownfields Revitalization and Voluntary Remediation Programs

Synopsis:

Establishing a Brownfields Revitalization Program and Voluntary Remediation Program in the Department of the Environment; establishing requirements for participation in each program; requiring participants in each program to develop action plans that include information on the proposed removal or remedial action; requiring the Department of Business and Economic Development, in conjunction with the Department of the Environment, to publish a list of sites that qualify under the Brownfields Revitalization Program; etc.
