General Assembly - Limitation on Introduction of Bills

Synopsis:

Providing that a member of the General Assembly may introduce up to and including nine bills during a regular or special Legislative Session; and exempting from the Act bills introduced on behalf of a local government or local government entity, an Executive department or other unit of the Executive Branch, or the Office of the Governor.
