Creation of a State Debt - Montgomery County - Center on Domestic Violence

Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt not to exceed $700,000, with a matching fund requirement, for a grant to the County Executive and County Council of Montgomery County for the planning, design, renovation, construction, equipping, and furnishing of a center on domestic violence to be located in Montgomery County, to be used for inpatient and outpatient services for victims of domestic violence and their families.
