Amending provisions of the Vehicle Laws to conform to Federal Motor
Carrier Safety Regulations; prohibiting the application of specified
regulations to the driver of a commercial motor vehicle transporting
agricultural commodities and supplies under specified circumstances;
requiring specified regulations to permit a certain calculation for
the purposes of determining maximum driving and on-duty time of a
driver of specified commercial motor vehicles and utility service
vehicles; making terminology consistent with federal usage; etc.
