Reducing the maximum admissions and amusement tax rate that the
Maryland Stadium Authority may set, to 7% for FY 1997, to 6% for FY
1998; to 5% for FY 1999; to 4% for FY 2000, to 3% for FY 2001, to 2%
for FY 2002, to 1% FY 2003, and to 0% for FY 2004 and subsequent
fiscal years.
