Injured Workers' Insurance Fund - Chesapeake Mutual Insurance Company - Property and Casualty Insurance

Synopsis:

Changing the name of the Injured Workers' Insurance Fund to the Chesapeake Mutual Insurance Company; establishing the Company as a nonprofit independent public corporation; providing that the Company is organized as a domestic mutual insurance company; authorizing the Company to establish subsidiaries; requiring that the subsidiaries be subject to specified insurance laws; authorizing the subsidiaries to provide property and casualty insurance under specified circumstances; etc.
