Department of Natural Resources - Crab Seasons - Regulatory Authority

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the Department of Natural Resources from adopting regulations, after the crab season has begun, to restrict the number of crab pots that may be set for catching crabs or to alter the days of the crab season unless an emergency exists; and providing for the termination of the Act.
