Nuisance Abatement - Controlled Dangerous Substances

Synopsis:

Authorizing a court to issue specified orders following a hearing to abate a nuisance; authorizing the court to require a tenant, under specified circumstances, to vacate the premises within 72 hours; authorizing the court to order an owner-occupant under specified circumstances to abate the nuisance; authorizing the court to take specified actions if the owner-occupant does not comply with the order to abate; authorizing the court to issue specified orders; etc.
