Synopsis:

Requiring that, subject to specified exceptions, a child shall attend a public school in the county where the child is domiciled with a parent or guardian; authorizing a county's superintendent to allow a child who is not domiciled in the county to attend school in that county under specified circumstances; and making a child's parent or guardian subject to a specified penalty if the child fraudulently attends a public school in a county in which the child is not domiciled with a parent or guardian.
