Prince George's County - School Facilities Surcharge PG 420-97

Synopsis:

Altering the limitation on the maximum school facilities surcharge that may be imposed on specified dwellings in Prince George's County; providing that the school facilities surcharge does not apply to specified housing; and specifying that the payment of the school facilities surcharge does not eliminate any authority to apply any test concerning the adequacy of school facilities under the County's adequate public facility ordinance.
