Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt not to exceed $100,000, with a matching fund requirement, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Town of Fairmount Heights for revitalization of the Sheriff Road area, the revitalization to include the repair and reconstruction of the infrastructure, including streets, curbs, and gutters, the provision of capital equipment, landscaping, and the planning, design, and construction of an urban park and a community resource center.
