State Police Retirement System - Death Benefits

Synopsis:

Providing that, for deceased members of the State Police Retirement System whose death arose out of or in the course of actual performance of duty, any allowance paid to the surviving spouse is to be based on an average final compensation that includes specified step increments; and providing for the construction of the Act.
