Lawyers - Clients' Security Trust Fund - Reimbursement of Fund

Synopsis:

Providing that the trustees of the Clients' Security Trust Fund of the Bar of Maryland have a subrogation claim against specified persons for specified amounts after payment of a claim by the Fund; establishing that persons against whom the trustees obtain a judgment for reimbursement of a claim paid by the Fund are jointly and severally liable; authorizing the trustees or their agent or assignee to bring an action against a person who does not reimburse the Fund for the amount of the Fund's subrogation claim; etc.
