Altering the list of aggravating circumstances that must be considered by a court or jury when determining whether to impose a sentence of death; and providing that the court or jury must consider whether one or more persons, including principals in the first and second degree, committed the murder of a law enforcement officer while the officer was in the performance of his duties; and providing for the application of the Act.
