Synopsis:

Providing a credit against the sales and use tax a person is required to pay to the Comptroller for a percentage of the sales and use tax paid on the purchase of tangible personal property used in a manufacturing process; altering the definitions of "production activity" and "retail sale" under the sales and use tax and broadening an exemption under the sales and use tax for specified property used in a production activity; etc.
