Synopsis:

Establishing a limit of $100,000 on payments made from the Motor Vehicle Administration's Assurance Fund for specified claims involving omissions or errors in the filing, recording, or indexing of security interests; providing recovery for a single claim from both the Assurance Fund and the State Insurance Fund; and providing for the handling of specified claims.
