Nonprofit Organizations - Operating Assistance Grants

Synopsis:

Authorizing the use of operating assistance grants by nonprofit organizations for specified housing assistance purposes; repealing the abrogation and demonstration status of a specified housing assistance grants program; altering the definition of "operating assistance grants" to include assistance with predevelopment costs of a nonprofit organization; and altering a provision relating to funding for operating assistance grants.
