Community Care Centers - Narcotic Treatment Programs - Certification

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene from issuing a certificate to an individual or organization to operate an alcohol abuse and drug abuse treatment program in a community care center if the alcohol abuse and drug abuse treatment program is to include the provision of a narcotic treatment program unless the center is to be located in an area or locality that under specified zoning regulations permits the operation of a narcotic treatment program.
