Family Law - Child Support - Secondary and Postsecondary Education

Synopsis:

Establishing that a child support order shall continue in effect if a child is enrolled in secondary or postsecondary school under specified circumstances; and authorizing a court to include expenses for attending an institution of postsecondary education in the calculation of the amount of child support under the child support guidelines.
