Requiring the University of Maryland School of Medicine to adopt written admissions standards that include a Maryland county of residence as a basis for considering certain applicants; requiring that applicants from certain counties that are currently not represented at the School of Medicine be given additional consideration for admission; and generally relating to admissions standards at the School of Medicine.
