Synopsis:

Changing the name of the Court of Appeals to the Supreme Court of Maryland; changing the name of the Court of Special Appeals to the Maryland Appellate Court; making these changes take effect on January 1, 2000; and submitting the amendment to the qualified voters of the State of Maryland in November 1998.
