Synopsis:

Requiring that a plaintiff in an action to foreclose a right of redemption send a written notice to tenants whose identity and address are reasonably ascertainable and to file an affidavit under specified circumstances; requiring that notice be given if a motion for a writ for possession is filed; etc.
