Synopsis:

Defining "require" and "coercion" for purposes of a statutory provision regulating the relationship between a vehicle manufacturer, distributor, or factory branch and a dealer; prohibiting a manufacturer, distributor, or factory branch from requiring specified activities; and providing for the construction and effect of the provisions of the Act.
