Requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to establish a certification program for food service managers employed in specified food service facilities; altering the licensure qualifications for food service facilities in counties that do not have a certification program for food service managers; requiring a food service manager to be certified by the Department within a specified period after employment with a food service facility; etc.
