New Homes - Escrow Accounts for Complaints PG 413-98

Synopsis:

Requiring new home builders to place specified sums of money into escrow accounts to cover complaints of purchasers relating to implied warranties about new homes; requiring that the escrow accounts be segregated and maintained for specified periods of time; providing that the Act is not intended to limit other actions of recovery; and generally relating to establishing escrow accounts to cover complaints of new home purchasers relating to implied warranties.
