Synopsis:

Altering provisions of law relating to the judicial review of decisions regarding the suspension or termination of firefighters and emergency medical personnel; requiring a circuit court to admit and consider additional evidence under specified circumstances; prohibiting specified boards or commissions from making decisions regarding the suspension or termination of firefighters and emergency medical personnel under specified circumstances; providing an exception to the prohibition; etc.
