Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from resisting a lawful arrest, knowingly and intentionally interfering with arrests or attempted arrests of another, or knowingly and intentionally interfering with law enforcement officers engaged in the lawful performance of duty; establishing penalties of not more than 3 years or not more than $2,500 or both; providing that a sentence may be imposed separate from and consecutive to or concurrent with a sentence for another offense based on the act or acts establishing the violation; etc.
