Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt not to exceed $250,000, with a matching fund requirement, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Trustees of Center Stage Associates, Inc. for the repair, renovation, and capital equipping of Center Stage, including renovations to bring the theater facility into compliance with the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act; and requiring the grantee to grant and convey to the Maryland Historical Trust a specified easement.
