Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) to establish procedures to monitor and record the results of drug and alcohol tests that a juvenile is required to undergo as a condition of probation; requiring DJJ to report to the court if a juvenile fails to submit to required testing or fails two tests; requiring a court that receives a report from DJJ to hold a hearing and, upon finding that the juvenile has violated the terms of probation, order the MVA to suspend the child's driving privilege; etc.
