Crime of Violence - Second Time Conviction - Mandatory Sentence

Synopsis:

Establishing that a person who is convicted a second time or more of a "crime of violence" is subject to a mandatory sentence of life imprisonment without the possibility of parole; providing for a certain penalty; and providing for the application of the Act.
