Urban Revitalization - State Agency Offices - Downtown Locations

Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of General Services to adopt regulations to encourage State agencies to locate their facilities in downtown areas; prohibiting the Department from allowing a State agency to locate outside a downtown area unless specified criteria are met; and requiring the Department to utilize specified programs to determine if specified communities qualify as downtown areas.
