Washington Suburban Sanitary District - New Residential Development - Subdivision Line Construction PG/MC 2-98

Synopsis:

Providing that the owner or developer of new residential development in the Washington Suburban Sanitary District is responsible for the construction and cost of subdivision lines necessary to accommodate the development; requiring that such costs be incorporated into the cost of development; prohibiting the WSSC from financing such infrastructure; etc.
