Altering the definition of "intellectual property" under provisions of law that make trademark counterfeiting a criminal offense to include the words, names, symbols, emblems, signs, insignias, or combination of two or more of these, of the United States Olympic Committee or the International Olympic Committee; altering the definition of "mark" under specified provisions of law; etc.
